Vaccine Education

ADMT Solutions Home Health is Always Doing More Than for our patients and the community. We provided FREE testing and vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to provide FREE in-home vaccines in and around San Antonio.

As one of 10 grantees funded through the City of San Antonio and San Antonio Metropolitan Health, ADMT Solutions Home Health is currently providing individual and group vaccine education sessions. Participants will potentially lifesaving health information AND be able to receive gift cards while learning!

Participation is either in-person or online.
