ADMT’s Personal care at home is non-clinical services that includes light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or errands, bathing, and basic meal preparation.

Skilled Nursing at Home

In general, Hospitals provide acute care services, then often discharges to a Skilled Nursing Facility that offers transitional care for patients who no longer require to be in a hospital but who aren’t quite ready to function on their own.

Rehabilitation at Home
